We thoroughly enjoyed Madaba. the hotel was gorgeous and incredible near the City Center. 3. Everyone was really helpful. 4. the location of the property was good as we were right by many convenient stores and restaurants. 5. the Burnt Palace and the Archaeological park were nearby.

The room was new-fashioned and I appreciated VERY WELCOMING staff. Coffee/tea making machines, a sitting area, and ironing facilities worked well and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Who needs heat? Tile everywhere was great for keeping cool, AC took its sweet time to warm up the room.

Carmen, the host, was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in late when we arrived from the airport. the guesthouse itself is well-maintained and has a friendly atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom and towels were perfect. the breakfast served by the housekeeper was delicious. the location is also convenient, with the city center easily reachable within a 20/25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.
